We have main lakefront, slough and woodland lots available. Each of them have different benefits of lake life. All feel like you are deep in the woods while being only five minutes to your closest grocery store. Whether you are looking for the excitement of a main lakefront lot, privacy of a slough lot or mountain vibes of a woodlands lot, we have something for you. While planning and starting to build, we made sure to preserve all of the natural beauty this land has to offer.
Main Lakefront Lots
We preserved as much of the forest as possible leaving beautiful, uncut hardwoods on our gently sloped lakefront and interior lots. These lots give you all of the fun and excitement of lakefront life while still feeling like you are deep in nature. Whether you spend your spare time fishing, boating, swimming, hiking, tanning or just enjoying the outdoors, all can be done in the comfort of your own backyard.
Slough Lots
We preserved as much of the forest as possible leaving beautiful, uncut hardwoods on our gently sloped lakefront and interior lots. These lots give you the fun of lakefront life without as much water traffic.
Woodlands Lots
If you prefer to be surrounded by tall trees and serene nature, this is the lot for you. These lots are completely enveloped in nature with easy lake access without the hustle and bustle of being on the lake. In the planning stages of Edgewater we agreed that keeping the integrity and health of the land was important. This is why we preserved as much of the forest as possible.
