The serene landscape makes for a picturesque property for families, retired couples or anyone just wanting to surround themselves with nature (and some water fun).In the planning stages of Edgewater we agreed that keeping the integrity and health of the land was important. This is why we preserved as much of the forest as possible leaving beautiful, uncut hardwoods on our gently sloped lakefront and interior lots.  Whether you spend your spare time fishing, boating, swimming, hiking, tanning or just enjoying the outdoors, all can be done in the comfort of your own backyard.
